maintenance of air inlet filter element

replacement of engine oil filter
the engine oil core shall be replaced after the first 500 hours of operation of the new machine, and the oil filter element shall be removed with a special wrench. Before installing the new filter element, it is better to add screw oil. The filter element seal shall be screwed back to the oil filter base with both hands and tightened firmly. It is recommended to replace the filter element every hour. It is better to replace the oil filter element at the same time when changing the engine oil. The replacement cycle should be shortened when using in a bad environment. It is strictly forbidden to use the engine oil filter element beyond the time limit. Otherwise, because the filter element is seriously blocked and the pressure difference exceeds the bearing limit of the bypass valve, the bypass valve will automatically open, and a large amount of dirt and particles will directly enter the screw host with the engine oil, causing serious consequences. The diesel engine oil filter element and diesel filter element of diesel screw engine shall be replaced in accordance with the diesel engine maintenance requirements, and the replacement method is similar to the screw oil core
maintenance and replacement of fine oil separator
fine oil separator is a component that separates screw lubricating oil and compressed air. Under normal operation, the service life of fine oil separator is about 3000 hours, but the quality of lubricating oil and the filtering accuracy of air have a great impact on its service life. It can be seen that the maintenance and replacement cycle of the air filter element must be shortened under the harsh service environment, and even the installation of the front air filter should be considered. The oil fine separator must be replaced when it expires or the pressure difference between the front and back exceeds 0.12mpa. Otherwise, the motor will be overloaded, and the oil fine separator will be damaged and run out of oil. Replacement method: remove all control pipe joints installed on the oil and gas barrel cover. Take out the oil return pipe protruding into the oil and gas barrel on the oil and gas barrel cover, and remove the fastening bolts on the upper cover of the oil and gas barrel. Remove the upper cover of the oil and gas barrel and take out the oil fine. Remove the asbestos pad and dirt stuck on the upper cover plate. Install a new oil fine separator. Note that the upper and lower asbestos mats must be stapled. The asbestos mats must be placed neatly during compaction, otherwise it will cause scouring. Install the upper cover plate, oil return pipe and all control pipes as they are, and check for leakage
maintenance and replacement

Good oil products have good antioxidant stability, rapid separation, good foaming property, high viscosity and good corrosion resistance. Therefore, users must use pure screw oil specially used by the company. The oil shall be replaced for the first time after the running in period of the new machine is 500 hours, and then it shall be replaced every 2000 hours of operation. It is better to change the oil filter at the same time when changing the oil. Use in harsh environment to shorten the replacement cycle. Replacement method: start the air compressor and run it for 5 minutes, so that the oil temperature rises to more than 50 ℃, and the oil viscosity decreases. Stop the operation. When there is 0.1MPa pressure in the oil and gas drum, open the oil drain valve at the bottom of the oil and gas drum and connect the oil storage tank. The oil drain valve shall be opened slowly to avoid personal dirt caused by splashing of lubricating oil with pressure and temperature. Close the oil drain valve after the lubricating oil drops. Unscrew the oil filter element, drain all the lubricating oil in each pipeline at the same time, and replace it with a new oil filter element. Open the oil filler plug, inject new oil so that the oil level is within the range of the oil scale mark, tighten the oil filler plug and check for leakage. The lubricating oil must be checked frequently during use. If it is found that the oil level line is too low, new oil should be added in time. Condensate must also be discharged frequently during use. According to statistics, it is generally discharged once a week and once a day in high temperature climate. Shut down the machine for more than 4 hours, open the oil valve when there is no pressure in the oil and gas drum, drain the condensate, and quickly close the valve when you see the oil flowing out. It is strictly forbidden to mix different brands of lubricating oil. It is forbidden to use lubricating oil beyond the time limit. Otherwise, the quality of lubricating oil will decline, the lubricity will be poor, and the flash point will be reduced, which will easily cause high-temperature shutdown and spontaneous combustion of oil products
